There are several levels of pricing for access to the reporting facilities of this site.

- Reports use a non-current date range
and are limited to certain counties.
- Exploring our complete site as a guest will show you what types of
product we offer and what to expect navigating screen-to-screen.
- Order individual reports in HTML, Excel, or PDF format.

Market share reports using data in our conventional recordings or our Government Insured mortgage databases are $80
- Trend reports are $100
- Market share reports using HMDA data are $50 each
- Reports are sent to you by email
- Written agreements are not required. No set up fee required

- You logon to our site and are granted access to
the areas you've subscribed. For Example: Orange
County for
Court-Recordings (current conventional) and Govt. Insured (current FHA and VA,
and all HMDA) would be $90 per month. Add another county such as San Diego County for an additional $90
per month. Please note that this includes City Level reporting, zip code
level reporting, and Custom Areas for the areas for which you have subscribed. If
we do not have data for the county you ordered in our CONVENTIONAL
Court-Recording database, the price is reduced to $45 per month for that
county.
